Giving blogging a try

My journey into blogging began this morning when I could not sleep. I began looking at both Blogger and Word Press. Shortly after I logged into the computer, my youngest son came down (way before he should have got up) with a tooth in hand that he had lost. The journey stopped as I went to help him with the bleeding from the lost tooth. Upon returning home from work, my quest began again. I looked at both tools again, and determined blogger to be a bit more user friendly. Coming up with a title was a bit challenging for me as I do not like to draw attention to myself, so I did not want something too flashy or risque. The title I chose reflects where I teach and that I am a book person. Choosing a template was something I enjoyed as I like graphics and playing around with design. I did look at many backgrounds and colors before selecting my current one. I am experiencing some frustration since I do not know how to maneuver between posting, reading and searching for other blogs that may be of interest.
